Extension Quarterly Efforts Report information is collected using PEARS, an online portal for Extension Programming which will better automate data collection.
The Quarterly Efforts Report provides reliable estimates of where Nebraska Extension faculty/staff are investing their time according to the priority areas and special funded programs. To meet the federal civil rights compliance, faculty/staff continue to report their direct educational client contacts. PEARS tutorial can be viewed here.
Each quarter you will receive an email reminding you to complete your quarterly efforts report. If you have questions, please contact Nebraska Extension.
Quarterly Efforts Report Due Dates
- 1st Quarter (reporting for the months of Oct, Nov, Dec) - Due January 30
- 2nd Quarter (reporting for the months of Jan, Feb, Mar) - Due April 30
- 3rd Quarter (reporting for the months of Apr, May, Jun) - Due July 30
- 4th Quarter (reporting for the months of Jul, Aug, Sep) - Due October 30
Log into PEARS go to REFLECT then Quarterly Efforts:
ADD the Quarterly Effort for the Reporting Period (Quarter), enter the General Information select SAVE.
Continue with completing the Efforts and Contacts, Multi-State & Integrated, Mark as Complete.
