Nebraska Extension is pleased to provide this new customer relationship management (PEARS CRM) application. It has been designed to help strengthen how we engage with an increasingly diverse set of learners. We believe the CRM can be used to help us:

  • Identify individuals/groups with whom we may communicate, while eliminating redundancies and duplication
  • Improve customer service and marketing
  • Track learners’ educational habits and preferences
  • Preserve customer data when people may leave the organization
  • Enhance Extension team collaboration with the ability to share customer data

Getting Started:

The PEARS CRM application can be accessed directly at https://pears.io/track/crm/. You will be prompted to login before starting the application.

You may also access by logging into https://pears.io/ and then go to TRACK, and then CRM.
