From Relevance to Reality is this year’s continuation of the Road Shows, focused on equipping Extension professionals to translate relevance into real-world leadership behaviors that meet today’s challenges and prepare for tomorrow. It moves beyond conversation and concept, challenging leaders to apply what relevance truly looks like in daily decisions, actions, and influence—meeting today’s challenges while preparing for tomorrow. We will continue to think about how we take all the talk about relevance and move it action, what are you doing to stay relevant.
