- Build on (or get a taste of) skills from Every Person’s Safety and Interaction Matters and Fierce Conversations (Prior participation in the full trainings is not required to participate in one of the Refresher sessions.)
- Open to all Nebraska Extension roles + programs

Refresher Session: May 2025
Learners will:
- Identify challenging behaviors from colleagues and clientele.
- Gain skills to respond to challenging behaviors.
- Practice skills with real Extension case studies.
This refresher session was open to all positions and all program areas in Nebraska Extension.
